Photo details. Canon Rebel XT, 400 iso, 15sec @ ƒ4.0. Sigma 10-20mm @10mm. These auroras where beautiful. You could clearly see the colour. It started out with a well defined circular band. Then some curtains. Then a lot of movement. A quit period and then some more active stuff. Really fascinating to see. You see the solar wind fighting with the magnetic field. It was awesome!
