. . .in the state of perfect nothingness (Kansas), the close conjunction was quite a sight this evening beyond my 4.25" f/4.25 RFT reflector. A 135mm lens was used for the second image, and even though the planets were just above the treeline, all four of Jupiter's moons can be seen in this extreme crop! From top down are Callisto, Ganymede, Io and Europa.
