Details:
I took this photograph of the Aurora Borealis in the early hours of the 26th of October. The location is approximately 20 km's from Inari in Northern Lapland (Finland). A combination of the awe-inspiring Northern Lights, plus the light from the moon, created this almost fairytale like shot. I took a sequence of approximately 200 shots in total, which will be transformed into a time-lapse sequence when I return to the UK. I'll upload this to the web site. Equipment - Canon 5D MkII, Canon EF 24mm f/1.4. Settings: ISO 400, 4 second exposure time at f/1.6. We have clear skies here in Inari at the moment so, all being well, we're set for another splending evening of Northern Lights hunting. Best wishes to everyone, Andy.
