Bright auroras tonight in Northern Norway and it almost felt like the bright half Moon was almost outshined for a little while. It made a very nice couple in the sky! Took this shot around midnight local time through my window.

Auroras and Venus over Kvaløya, Tromsø Taken from my balcony with Canon EOS 1000D, Kit lens, Iso 800, 4 sec, not totally dark and moon present. The auroras lasted for more than one hour, and took on many shapes.
