mpeg movie shows 2000 DP107 racing across the sky
at 1.8 degrees per day. The images were captured by John Rogers
using a 0.30 meter Schmidt-Cassegrain instrument at the Camarillo
Observatory, 55 miles north of Los Angeles. Rogers notes that
"brightness changes in the DP107 video are probably caused
by the video rendering. They are not indicative of the actual
brightness changes that are occurring due to its binary nature." |
